Youth Work Ireland Tipperary (YWIT) adopts a rights-based, youth-led approach to foster learning, innovation, hope and high expectations in young people, their families and their community. Its methods of engagement with young people include group work, individual supports, drop in and outreach work.

The Fethard/Killenaule Youth Project is a co-located service between the two towns providing support to young people and their families, in particular targeting those that may be disadvantaged due to social issues, substance misuse and those at risk of early school leaving.
