EmployAbility Services in South & North Tipperary

EmployAbility Service is an employment and recruitment service to assist people with a disability, health condition, injury or illness to secure and maintain a job in the open labour market.The service provides a range of supports to employers and people with a disability, health condition, injury or illness through Job Coaches. The range of supports include:

  • Individual Needs Assessment
  • Vocational Profiling and Career Planning
  • Individual Employment Plan
  • Job Sourcing and Job Matching
  • On-the-Job Support and Coaching
  • Advice and Support to Employers
  • Follow-up Support and Mentoring to both Employers and Employees

EmployAbility Services are funded by the Irish Government through the Department of Social Protection.

Target group & target age-group: People between the ages of 18 years to 65 years who have a disability, including those recovering from injury or illness who are job ready and need the support of a Job Coach to secure and maintain employment in the open labour market.

Referrals: Referrals are made through Department of Social Protection/Intreo or Local Employment Service (LES) or contact EmployAbility Service directly.
