Coolmine TC Mid-West is a drug and alcohol treatment centre providing community, day and residential services to women and men with problematic substance use and their families in the Mid-West of Ireland.
Coolmine provides a range of quality community and residential services to empower people and their families to overcome addiction and support long term recovery:
- One-to-one counselling, assessment and information in order to support and assist each person to make the right choice to get help.
- The only mother & child residential treatment programme in Ireland
- A Parenting under Pressure programme for parents who need extra support while also having close links with a range of agencies and services to provide further support for individuals
- A range of integration and aftercare programmes to support clients as they transition from high support to community living, work, training and employment.
Coolmine also offers continuous Lifelong support to those who have graduated from Coolmine TC.
Target Group: Adults, 18 years and upwards, with Alcohol and/or Drug addiction.
Referral: Self-referral; Referrals through family, friends, external addiction agencies, homelessness services, probation, and hospital.
