Suir Valley Community Based Drug Initiative, managed by Waterford and South Tipperary Community Youth Service, offers a safe confidential space to explore substance misuse behaviour. The project works with individuals and families to promote better outcomes for and to respond to substance misuse in the community. The service also provides education and awareness programmes on substance use.
Eligibility: Individuals from 12 years and upwards and families affected by substance misuse
- Self-referrals – Drop-In or phone for appointment.
- Referrals by families or other concerned parties
- Referrals from other agencies
Geographic remit: Carrick-on-Siúir, Grangemockler, Kilsheelan, Clonea-Power, & Portlaw.
