Recovery College South East is an innovative initiative whose purpose is to provide recovery orientated educational courses for people who experience mental health challenges, psychological distress, and addiction. All workshops are co-produced and co-delivered in partnership with the person with the lived experience, their families, other people who support them and professionals working in the sector of Mental health and Addiction. Themes which the workshops address include Recovery and Self Management; Understanding and Developing One’s Self; and Understanding Health Difficulties and Ways of Managing them.
Target Group: People who experience mental health challenges, psychological distress, and addiction; their families, carers and people who support them.
